These are nice. Drop it once and your gonna have to get a new one though.

Not really Janie, these are so light weight, if you drop it, it won’t do much damage. The harddrive iPods are much heavier, resulting in much more damagae in a drop.

I got this Nano almost a year ago (Christmas 2007) and within 2 months had a software issue that I managed to sort out on my own. I have dropped it, sat on it, and thrown it and it still works 11 months later.

Does good for connecting to my in car stereo. Has not had any issues at all and works fine. Actually handling it for scrolling through songs is fine but you cant help thinking and more so - should I say realising that this nano is tiny and sometimes therefore clumbersome in its own right when trying to grip it - which I do a run and can be good yet pretty bad at trying to use the scroll wheel when in a quick glance motion such as sports. Battery is a bit on the poor side and videos - unless you want glasses then dont go there only for short clips. But playback is second to none and its pretty quick on the off mark.
